Fulu’s main inspiration comes from the shapes of beach pebbles found on some beaches.

Description

Fulu’s main inspiration comes from the shapes of beach pebbles found on some beaches. Their irregular but smooth shapes bring comfort and calm to the eye and the designer thought that those shapes would upholster very well therefore he started doodling some ideas and came up with FULU. It is an ode to nature and how water smoothed those pebbles in the course of thousands of years.

David Girelli is a brand and design studio which draws upon both Scandinavian and Japanese aesthetics. The brand produces contemporary and elegant pieces of furniture as well as offering a bespoke service for interior designers and architects.
